Soursop leaves are used in traditional medicines & as tea due to their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that provide essential health benefits. Precautions & Warnings:
Several Studies have shown that soursop tea can cause uterine contraction; therefore, pregnant or lactating women are advised not to use it. Individuals who are on hypertension medication or with low blood pressure are advised not to drink this tea. Consumption in large amounts may lead to nausea and vomiting. These leaves have antimicrobial properties that even kill friendly bacteria present in the digestive tract, leading to digestive problems.
